<p align="left">3. 死程誤差:在零位時,激光干涉儀兩相干光的還有一段光程差,這一段光程差稱為死程。死程的變化會引起測量誤差,死程誤差是激光干涉儀的一項重要誤差。</p>
<p align="left">4. 余弦誤差:在測定三坐標測量機的定位誤差時,需仔細調整,使光束與滑座的運動方向平等。</p>
<p align="left">5. 脈沖當量誤差:激光干涉儀顯示的<span lang="EN-US">最</span>小一個數所對應的量值稱為脈沖當量。</p>
